At Coving Shop UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural mouldings. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service department with your order number and details of the coving or decorative items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrapping to prevent snaps or cracks during transit, ensuring all lengths are fully supported.

  Arrange Shipping

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for non-faulty goods.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
